Villa Maria Letters

May 14, 2008 · 1 Comment

I’ve updated the Villa Maria Page. It’s not totally done, but about 90% of the information I have is now posted there.

For readers who plan to write to the Department of Environmental Protection about Villa Maria development, I found one more crucial piece of evidence against development. Borough Engineer Daniel Swayze wrote a report in June 2007, containing his views of the proposed development, and the statement that slopes in the water run-off area are about 30%, and “grossly exceed” the “maximum allowable slope of 1.7%.”

Use that information if you write a letter, along with the data in the original Save Villa Maria letter:

For those of you who haven’t already done so, PLEASE, PLEASE write letters to Mr. Reilly concerning the Villa Maria. Katherine has given you all the information you need to include in those letters. THANK YOU.
